When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? I offer for rent a newly renovated, modernly furnished apartment with an area of 56m2. The apartment is above standard and has everything you need. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area within 5 minutes by car from the center or 15 minutes on foot. Within 100m there is also a restaurant with a daily menu, a retail chain, a public transport stop and also a train stop. There is also a beautiful bike path nearby that will take you to the very center. We are happy to rent a bicycle for a fee.

Big Tiny House Retreat

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Upcycled container house

🏡 Our container house is built from eco-friendly materials, powered by renewable energy from solar panels 🍃☀️ and water is drawn from a deep well, which can sometimes cause an unpleasant but harmless odor. That's why you have bottled water available for free💧. Our container house has a shower, toilet, kitchen with dishwasher, double bed with the possibility of an extra bed (extra bed to some extent complicates movement inside when unfolding, so we recommend a stay for two people).
