This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is 1/4 mile from your entrance to a 110 acre private lake where you can boat, kayak, canoe, fish and swim. The house is heated and cooled with 4 mini split units. This does require for bedroom doors to be left open the majority of the time to share the air. Kitchen and laundry room are stocked with everything you should need.
