The Lilypad is a private, delightful two-story home on Kiwanie Lake just blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. The home sits on an acre of land with a seasonal creek. Fenced and pet friendly (1), it is a great retreat for small or larger groups (9 max). Use our boats for fishing at the lake or enjoy local shuttle rentals on the Spring River. Hardy and Cherokee Village are each a 2 mile drive. Fill your days with the beauty of the outdoors and come home to play pool or enjoy a campfire.

The comfy couch in the living room is a futon and folds out to a bed for a 5th guest, if needed. Enjoy a 350 square foot covered deck overlooking the river. Fish or paddle the river right outside your door. Use our kayaks in the cabin area. Grill out or enjoy a campfire by the river. (This cabin is for adults only, 18 years and older, for safety reasons.)

Although the cabin is somewhat rustic, it offers many amenities including an updated kitchen, newly painted guest rooms and lots of supplies for your use.

The Shanty is located on private sandy beach on the Eleven Point River- great for fishing, swimming, boating, & floating! This cabin is very secluded and in the country, please expect animals, bugs, insects, etc. There is an outdoor fire-pit with seating & rope swing *Charcoal grill (will have to provide own charcoal) *Firewood $10/bundle, please request and pay 24 hours before arrival. **Pets are welcome with $50 pet fee. **Outfitters nearby **Cars ok but small suv/truck recommended

You'll have private water access, amenities, kayaks, hot tub, breathtaking views of the river via the two decks and the patio situated directly on the water or the swim dock.
