Die 4ha große Hofreite liegt idyllisch inmitten der Weinberge und ist zu zwei Seiten ebenerdig erreichbar. Sie können vom Hof aus direkt mit Wanderungen oder Radtouren starten. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Queensize-Bett (180 × 200 cm) und ein Boxspringbett (100 × 200 cm). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa (130 × 200 cm) zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett stellen wir gerne bereit. Ideal für Familien, Geschäftsreisende und Gruppen.

Accessible, lovingly furnished apartment, with old half-timbered elements & modern furniture. The conversion took place from Oct. 18 to March 19. The parking is right outside the door. The apartment is equipped with a cozy relaxation area with massage chair to relax and unwind. The rooms are open and bright. In the sleeping area there is a high-quality box spring bed, 1.80 x 2 m and in the living room the couch can be used as a sofa bed 1.40 x 2 m. Television is rotatable.

Even thou centrally located the flat offers privacy and tranquility. All you need for a relaxing stay in Rüdesheim.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our place is close to Bingen and Bad Kreuznach, in tranquil Grolsheim. There is good public transport and the highway can be reached quickly. The "Nahe bike path" also passes by the front door. Quietly located, both the great outdoors and cities such as Mainz, Bad Kreuznach & Bingen can be easily reached. Beautiful vacation home for couples, solo travelers and families with children. But business travelers are also welcome.

The guest house is located in a quiet location and offers comfortable living amidst vineyards. The bedroom has a relaxed charm due to its airy atmosphere. The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking. The spacious living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a view of the courtyard. Das Cottage (ca. 70qm) ist ein umgebauter Stall und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Es ist umgeben von Weinbergen, Weingütern, Restaurants und nur 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein. Grundsätzlich ist es nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Das Cottage ist komplett ausgestattet wie z.B. Waschmaschine/Trockner, Sodastreamer, internetfähiges TV, WLAN, Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse und viele Extras. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen :-)
