We rent a spacious, reserved furnished apartment with two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and workspace in the attic of a house, which is located on a plaice on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. This includes a large balcony with fantastic views as well as a park-like garden with two swimming spots, rowing boat and trampoline. Here you can, among other things, swimming, boating, hiking, swinging, biking, cooking, fishing, barbecuing, doing nothing, working in peace, taking a vacation in short.

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels +bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. From Birkenstein S-Bahn (suburban train) station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.
