Our brand new luxury villa Luka is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 3 ensuite bedrooms (and an extra room in case of need) and all other amenities you can need. A big private, heated pool with wonderful views, great indoor jacuzzi in spa area with an sauna and gaming/billiard room, a nice fenced outdoor area with a table tennis, badminton or archery set.

A terrace features a modern dining table surrounded by four textured chairs. A hanging chair adds a cozy touch. Natural light illuminates the space, highlighting the view of the nearby area. The dining area connects to an open concept kitchen and living area visible through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Enjoy your stay in our special apartment with a beautiful view. We are at short walking distance from Split's vibrant city center, ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, right next to the city's largest green area - Marjan Hill as well as the beaches! Nearest one just 100 meters away. The big window provide peaceful view, overlooking Kaštela Bay and Marjan Forest Park. Across the road, there is a small store for basic groceries, also there are other options close to us like green markets.
