Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

Luxury Villa Morena with heated pool and whirpool

After a stressful year of work carried out within the four walls of the office and the town's apartment, the annual leave should be carried out in complete opposition to ordinary everyday life. This spacious, very nicely decorated and well-equipped luxury villa is an excellent opportunity for complete relaxation of the body and spirit in the circle of the closest. You are in quiet and rural area but only 6km far from the most beautiful town Split with great restaurants, monuments and beaches.

My Traditional Croatian Villa 190 m away from the sea is in residential, very quiet area of Split and can accommodate up to 10 people. Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
