This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Our vacation home with private pool is located in Split,3km from the city center, Diocletian's Palace, Žnjan beach is 1km away. The house has 3floors connected by an internal staircase and a common entrance door. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, a spacious terrace, a barbecue, a house by the pool decorated in Dalmatian style for additional relaxation in the company by the pool. All 3floors have a living room, kitchen,dining room, 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms with shower and toilet, balcony

Spacious Villa is family oriented property just 10 min. by car from Split, or 30 min. by bus. The neighborhood is very quiet. Villa is close to the 2 bus stations, 3 grocery stores and fish market. The airport and the towns Trogir, Omiš, Kaštela are 20 min away by car. We have big free parking, 33 m2 heated pool with jet stream, 1000 m2 garden with shower, barbecue, playground, ambient lights, wi-fi, 75" TV, AC in each room, equipped kitchen. You can taste garden fruits grapes, figs & apricots.
