The Krakonoš apartment is a two-storey, cosy and luxuriously equipped accommodation in a 35 m² mountain cottage. It offers a fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven and TV, and a bathroom with a large shower. The attic bedroom has a double bed + 1 extra bed. Thanks to its location, it combines peace and authentic mountain atmosphere with walking access to the center of Pec, Relax Park and the cable car to Sněžka. The "Tower" is special, anthroposophy, high energy nature house, with great view to Giant Mountain in Karkonoski Park, Lower Silesia, Poland. The architectural and interior design are based on natural materials from the region. It's great place for solo adventurers or couples that are looking for a quiet place to be alone with their thought, reading, writing, meditating, painting, swiming in the waterfall, listening to music, biking, runing or long walking in the beautiful forest surrounding.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.

Welcome to a year-round cottage with a terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. The garden is large, shared with the hosts. Our cats, dogs and sheep walk slowly and are usually the first to greet guests :) The property is open to a meadow and forest, which runs along a green trail. Undisturbed by city lights, the night sky is full of stars, and the sounds of wild animals can be heard from the surrounding forests.
