Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

Old building charm with half-timbered downtown

Old building charm in the city center - 50m to the pedestrian zone and 400m to the cathedral Just go out the door, stroll through the little streets of the old town, and discover its eclectic facets. The charming apartment characterize the nice wooden beams. Relax on the new couch, cook with friends in the kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine and make the one hundred years of history look at you. Cozy "tiny house" with a view

We offer our tiny cottage, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be at least 2 nights. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. Not far away is a bus stop. There's wifi, it's quite, very bad.

The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible.
