Heute ist unser gemütliches Cottage der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Eure Ferien auf dem Land, mitten im mittelalterlichen Ortskern gegenüber der Burg und dem Biergarten gelegen erwartet Euch Gemütlichkeit pur mit Antiquitäten und moderner Küche und Bad.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Treat yourself to a break and relax in this tranquil oasis. Our approx. 40m2 chalet is located on the edge of the beautiful Meulenwald in a small holiday park in Niersbach. You can hike and bike wonderfully here. The Meulenwald is a continuous forest area of the southern Eifel and extends to Trier, the oldest city in Germany with many Roman relics, which is about 40 km away. The Mears of the Volcanic Eifel are also only about 40 km away and a worthwhile destination for a day trip.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside.
