Es una vivienda ideal para parejas, solas o con niños, o para cuatro amigos bien avenidos que quieran disfrutar de un entorno único.

This beautiful old barn is transformed into the perfect getaway for two people. A few small steps bring you to a shady terrace, and from there to the balcony of Casa Sofia. Here you can enjoy the beautiful Andalucian scenery. The room has a comfortable sofa, dining table for two people, a kitchen with a two ring cooker, oven and sink. It also has a big fridge/freezer. There are 2 steps up to the sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and water basin.

The house was an old barn that has been restored to become a spacious and bright stone loft. It is located in Valdemolinos, a village of Sta. Mª del Berrocal. Five people live there daily, so peace and quiet are assured. Piedrahita is 10 minutes away by car for shopping. Just 30 minutes from many places of interest: Peñanegra flight area, Valle del Corneja, La Covatilla ski resort, Jerte Valley and many routes that you can do on foot and also by bike.

La Premsa de Cal Carulla. A house with history.

Old building where there was a wine press, restored into a fully equipped house. It has a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with all the utensils including a dishwasher and a smart TV. There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two with a hydromassage shower and one with a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other two single beds. Outside there is a private barbecue and garden furniture.

It was an 18th century mill rehabilitated with stone and chestnut wood. The house is located on the banks of the Pigüeña River, has a large garden and is separated from a small village. It is 5 minutes from Somiedo Natural Park and 40 minutes from the coast.
