The complex has wonderful landscaping and provides guests with access to 4 outdoor swimming pools, sports and playgrounds, shops, restaurants, animation. Next to the complex is a bus stop.

Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June – 1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.

The house is located at complex Sozopolis, there is all you need for a perfect vacation (large swimming pool,Fitness,restaurants...). According to Bulgaria’s law we are legally obligated to register all guests in the national register, and it is necessary to provide us ID before check in. Thank you!

Located in the fenced area of the "Perlite" complex. Equipped with all the necessary household appliances, bedding, utensils. You can use the swimming pool for free on the territory of the complex and parking space for the car. Cleaning is every other day, and linen is changed once every 5 days.
