Beach Daze, Cheerful home with Pool and Hot Tub

Steps From the beach! An Oasis away from the stresses of life. With 2 full size refrigerator, pool, hot tub and volleyball court, pool table and a Spacious well equipped kitchen. House has 2 shady porches and 3 decks you may not leave except for provisions. 4 bedrooms on one level, including 2 Master bedrooms, (note: linens are wrapped in plastic, beds are not made) Gas and Charcoal Grills so you can maximize your outdoor time. Biking distance to Duck. A perfect place to make lifelong memories!

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.
