Cozy lakeside house located in a beautiful reserve in formation, within Fazenda Esperança on the banks of the Highway in Eleutério, district of Itapira/SP. The Casinha contains two complete suites with a queen-size bed and a retractable single bed, a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, air fryer, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Room with Wi-Fi and smart TV. The house is surrounded by a wooden deck and contains the gourmet area with wood-burning barbecue area.
