The Lake House: Rustic Charming and Cozy

Cozy little house on the lake located in a beautiful reserve in formation, inside the farm Fazenda Espernça on the banks of the Highway in Eleutério, Itapira/SP district. The little house contains two full suites with a queen-size bed and a murphy single bed, kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Room with Wi-Fi and smart tv. The house is surrounded by a wooden deck and contains the gourmet area with wood-burning barbecue area.
