The Garden Room, Warblers, Kingston Road, Lewes

The Garden Room is bright and spacious with lovely views to the south across the Lewes Brooks. There is a well equipped kitchen area, and you have your own front door. Coffee, tea, milk and some breakfast provisions will be waiting for you for your first morning. We are close to Lewes but with open fields nearby. It is a ten minute walk to a pub, for local beer and food. There is space nearby for a small car to park; larger vehicles can park about 20m from our driveway, on the Kingston Road.

2 Bedroom Cottage on the Downs - renovated 2022

Our delightful little 2 bedroom cottage is tucked in next to a bridle path in a conservation area, right on the very edge of the South Downs. Set the in the village of South Heighton, just 2 minutes from the A26 Lewes road, and a 5 minute drive from the port of Newhaven and the local train station, with direct trains to London. Step out the back door and you are on the South Downs, with an amazing selection of stunning footpaths to choose from. The perfect home base for hikers and dog walkers.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This adoreable suite has its own enterance to the back of the house and is completely seperate for your own privacy. Off road parking is available at all times. The suite has its own bathroom with shower, sink basin and toilet.Also offer tea and coffee facilities. Located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes. 2 miles from Newhaven ferry port.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Stables Lewes

The Stables is a charming two bedroom cottage in walking distance of historic Lewes and a handy pub. It's two double bedrooms are both ensuite and one can be changed to provide twin beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washer dryer. The Stables has a private patio and across the lane, the South Downs stretches to Glyndebourne. We always provide refreshments for your arrival, and can add a breakfast hamper for an extra charge.
