Our space is designed for our guests. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
