Enjoy this recently renovated 1 bed / 1 bath condo unit in the heart of eclectic South of Fifth. The ideal place to be close to everything but away from the noise. You can see even the ocean from the living room! Located in the peaceful and prime SoFi (South of Fifth) neighborhood, my condo is away from the craziness but walking distance to all the action. The condo was renovated this summer and I hope that guests will enjoy all that it has to offer.
