Rest and Charging - Mini Villa

A detached building quickly accessible from the bypass road in a quiet tiny house area 5km from the center. The laundry room with hot tubs and chemical toilet are in a different building and can also be used occasionally by my family. You have a secluded and private private entrance to them. You'll also have access to a private, sheltered deck and backyard where you can find a four-pillar. A third person can accommodate a floor mattress (+10€). Nightly EV charging is included in the 6.6KWh charger incl.

Cozy cottage completed in 2019 and comfortably accommodates 6 people enjoying the beautiful lake view. In one bedroom, a double bed (160cm), the other with 2 double beds (140cm) as a bunk bed. Shower and water toilet in the cottage. A small canopy with a beach deck, a gas grill, and a dining table. In connection with the barrel sauna, a hot tub and a terrace with a stunning evening sun. The beach is shallow and suitable for children. The plot is calm and protected by the tree from neighbors. No pets.

This unique home is easy to relax in. The cottage is in the woods, by a small lake. In the steam of the wood sauna, you relax, and from the warm tub, you can see the entire northern starry sky. The cottage is fully equipped and has an indoor toilet and shower and good beds. You can find many visits nearby, would you be interested in Powerpark or Wanha Markki? In the winter, skiing at Simpsiö or a trip to the home. You'll have access to 2 tour skates, sliding snow shoes, sup boards, a rowing boat.

There are things to do from baby to grandpa. Yard games, giant trampoline, lots, fresbee golf basket, small sand area where toddlers can play. Berry picking and mushroom picking starts in the yard of the cottage. Seven Nature Park and Hell Lake Nature Park both about a 30min drive away.
