Two double glass doors lead onto a private outdoor patio with a small seating area. Adjoining is a separate kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with all amenities, with sleek white cabinets and a contemporary breakfast bar. The two double bedrooms boast comfortable proportions, having small Super King Beds (170cm wide), and fitted in luxury linens, soft furnishings and carpeting. Both have large windows, which bathe the rooms in natural daylight, while blackout curtains offer a good night’s rest. Relax in an airy, flowing room where a renovation has opened up the full length of the space. Original character can still be seen in ceiling details and a period fireplace. Tuck the kids into bunk beds, then spend the night between crisp bed linens. Welcome! I have recently renovated to high standards my London home and hope you will love it. It is a bright two-bedroom flat on the second floor (third for American guests, about 50 steps all together) of a Victorian house. Extremely central as it is located 1 minute away from Notting Hill Gate station, yet very quiet as the road is a side road. The flat has: - A living room with open plan kitchen, with a dining table. There is a sofa bed as well for two people here in the living room - Two bedrooms: One with a double bed. One with a bunk bed including a double bed and a single bed on top. - 2 bathrooms - Internet - Netflix provided as well - Bose sound bar with Bluetooth connection - Fully equipped kitchen with many amenities Please, note that, like many other buildings in that area of London, there is no elevator in the building. The perfect home away from home, my apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful detached house. Located in the heart of Finsbury Park yet on a peaceful no-through- traffic road. It's a 5 min walk to Finsbury Park Station with it's amazing transport links to the city centre and beyond. 2 stops (5 mins) to Kings Cross St Pancras, 10 mins to Oxford Circus and 15 mins to Covent Garden. The area has lots of friendly neighborhood cafes, bars, restaurants, parks and a farmers market to explore.

It has its own independent entrance (which no one else uses) from the street to the studio, but is part of a large private house which is a historic grade two listed building.
