Quiet, hilly, pretty 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st floor & queen & twin rooms on 2nd floor. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, many moviechannels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, large yard. There may be 2 nite minimum stay on some weekends. Private second story two bedroom apartment in attractive home on main road conveniently located in Ithaca, NY. Private entrance. Cornell, Ithaca College, State Parks, gorges, biking and hiking trails, and Wegmans all within a five minute drive. With a newly renovated bathroom shower this apartment is a little gem. Please note: this listing does not accommodate infants, toddlers or small children. Convenient locations and attractions are not walkable at this location.

Beautiful very quiet area close to Buttermilk Falls walking trail. The house has a gazebo and picnic spaces with flower and vegetable gardens in the backyard. Indoor sun room with a huge living room and open kitchen area with beautiful island. Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress-CertiPUR-US Certified. The second bedroom has a full bed with a firm mattress.

Large number of wineries short distance away. private entrance to 900+ square ft apartment with deck, perfect for watching wildlife.
