This bright, breezy seaside studio features a private balcony with a stunning direct oceanfront view from the room and balcony. This studio is ideal for families or up to 4 guests with included bedding (2 queen beds). This beach unit is part of the Daytona Resort and Conference Center building. This building has been recovering from previous hurricane damages. The indoor pool and north side outdoor pool just reopened for use. Enjoy both pool view and ocean view directly from the room.

Direct Oceanfront 23rd Floor with Amazing Views

This is about as close to the beach as you can get with the most incredible view. Direct oceanfront wrap around windows in the bedroom with a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, large doors for the direct oceanfront balcony, inside washer and dryer, high speed internet, heated pool, hot tub, and a gym. Pets are not allowed per condo bylaws and service animals always require prior association approval. Max 6' vehicle height for covered parking. No smoking in this unit, event room is open .

Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The building was completely refurbished in 2021. Amenities include a heated pool, grilling area, covered parking and a beachfront deck with picnic tables and lounge chairs. Restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive away. There is plenty to do in Ponce Inlet from climbing Florida's tallest working lighthouse, visiting the lighthouse museum, the marine science center, fishing, surfing or just relaxing.
