You've never seen waterfront like this. Welcome to Edgewater Escape, a luxury bayfront loft apartment that hangs entirely over the bay on 7th street in downtown Ocean City. Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. The loft has a roomy king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfy queen bed. Recently renovated, it comes fully equipped for your big trip or quiet staycation :)

Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. Old School Beach Cottage-Oceanside Condo

80 steps to a private beach - no highway crossing. This beach does NOT have lifeguards. The condo is great for small families or a couple that wants a little more room and is not fancy on purpose. There is no granite and the only stainless is the kitchen sink, My favorite reviews have included; ‘super-beachy vibe’, ‘cute’ and ‘magical’. Some people just get it. This is a simple, 3 seasons kind of joint.
