On the beach, but without the sand.

A large studio overlooking the huge central beach of Soulac from its terrace. A stunning and totally spectacular view of the ocean, its lights, its tides. A simple but complete apartment, easy to live in and comfortable. Described by many as "the most beautiful view in Soulac". P.S.: July 14 Special, stunning views of the fireworks! ATTENTION: The common areas of the building are VERY degraded, and in a deplorable state. But once up there, we forget everything…

Logement rénové à deux pas de la plage en plein centre ville et au calme dans une voie privée où les enfants peuvent jouer. Logement plein pied adapté PMR. Equipé d'un lave vaisselle et laverie disponible tout à côté. Pour votre plaisir location de vélos à 2 pas et le meilleur resto très convivial au bout de la rue. Sans oublier le marché couvert ouvert tous les matins (et de 18h à 20h l'été) avec les producteurs locaux et la marée pêchée de la nuit !

Beautiful apartment with sea view in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden, you can use the left part, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)

14 m² studio in the center of Soulac, close to the market, and 400 m from the central beach. The place is new. Very small but functional, there is everything you need for a vacation stay. Comfortable 160 cm king size bench. Linens and dish towels are provided but NOT bath towels. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BICYCLE TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO RETURN THEM. we practice self check-in and check-out.
