Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

Beautiful duplex with a carefully thought-out decoration to make you feel at home, and it includes a garage☺ With a cider house in front, which allows you to soak up Asturian gastronomy. Please note that it generates noise so refrain from booking for people sensitive to noise.🙏 But if you don't mind, it's an ideal place☺ The location allows you to walk to the main points of interest in 2 minutes: beaches, port, old town. The house has been lovingly decorated, hoping that you will feel as comfortable as you would in your own home and enjoy a pleasant vacation.
