Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 noon to 8 p.m.

It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas.
