Here you can stay in winter as well as summer with proximity to the sea and nature. The guest house is located on the eastern side of Öland in the small village of Östra Sörby, about a mile outside Borgholm. The cottage has two bedrooms, kitchen & living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washing machine. A simple patio with seating is available in summer. Other things to note: Cleaning is done by the guest before check-out. Sheets and towels are not included. Located near residential buildings

Just 2 km from the house, there is a private beach - just hop on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

A newly renovated cottage in the village of Störlinge, on the eastern side of Öland. Fresh and bright with new furniture and decor Here, it is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cottage and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect for a walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here it is so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

South wing house in Störlinge

An older house that has been carefully renovated. On the lower floor there is a hall, a bedroom with a double bed (160), a small bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and a small kitchen with two hotplates, sink, fridge with freezer compartment and dining area. Upstairs is an open floor plan with 4 single beds, a sofa and coffee table. Bed linens and towels are available for a fee of SEK 120/person. Cleaning can be purchased at a cost of SEK 700 and otherwise, as usual, the guests are responsible for cleaning before departure.

Beautiful farmhouse

Welcome to Drängstugan in Västra Sörby! Step back in time to the late 1800s countryside and experience the tranquility! The house has been meticulously restored using authentic materials like pine, limestone, and linseed oil. On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen with a limestone floor and traditional walls. The main living room is located in the other part of the house. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one room with a double bed, the other offers four built-in sleeping alcoves.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. 10 minutes' drive from Borgholm is this cottage with its own patio and proximity to nature. Equally close to beaches on both the quiet east side and the more lively Köpingsvik. A solar power system supplies the house with most of the electricity so you can do your part for the environment even on vacation. In the combined bedroom and living room there are 2 beds and a sofa bed that is easily converted into a 140 cm wide bed for 1-2 people.

Lugnt och fridfullt område med fina cykel- och vandringsleder. Endast 2 km till stranden. Härligt poolområde på tomten som ni har möjlighet att använda. Cyklar finns för utlåning.

Cozy cottage on Öland

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Boendet består av två stugor. I storstugan finns kök, dusch, toalett och vardagsrum. Vi har två sovrum i stugan, det ena med dubbelsäng och det andra med en våningssäng. I den lilla stugan finns det ett sovrum med våningssäng samt ett vardagsrum med pentry, en bäddsoffa för 2 personer och toalett. Båda stugor genomgår en renovering under våren och står klara till sommaren 2025. Varmt välkomna till denna idyll mitt på Öland!

100 year old school close to Borgholm, Öland

The old school located in a cosy small village with farms and old nice houses. It's great for families and larger groups. It’s centrally placed on the island which is nice when doing day trips around Öland. Big kitchen and social spaces. All rooms have beautiful big windows with amazing light and 3.7m in ceiling height. The school is very child friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, swings, toys and more.
