An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our guests can use our boat and canoe freely, or enjoy the jetty with swimming, fishing and fire pit. You can cycle, go on mountain hikes right out of the farm, roam in the woods, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. It takes 10 minutes to drive from the farm to the high mountains, and from the parking lot about an hour's walk to Langsua National Park.

Boys' cottage on the farm Sygard Listad is newly renovated. The farm doesn't have any animals, but you live on historical grounds. Olav the Holy lived 6 days on Listad in 1021 to prepare for a meeting with Dale-Gudbrand during the christianization of Norway. The water in the fountain is from "Olavskilden". The farm is located in the middle of Gudbrandsdalen, in the middle of Oslo and Trondheim. The nearest neighbour is Sør-Fron Church (Gudbrandsdalsdomen). Distance to Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Peer Gynt on Gålå or Rondane, Jotunheimen and Geiranger.

Large and magnificent cabin for use in all seasons

Nice log cabin above two levels, as centrally located on Høvringen as possible. The cabin is beautifully situated with great views on the edge of Rondane National Park. The area is a great starting point for all kinds of nature experiences. Summertime offers great hiking and cycling opportunities along marked trails. From the area there are access to ten peaks of over 2,000 m above sea level. Wintertime there are run-up runs just outside the property. Here there are countless cross-country opportunities for both big and small.

VASPLADSEN SEATS are located high and sunny to the top of Høvringen, with good views of the pleasant seat branch. Here it is possible to rent a total of 2 cabins with different capacity and standards. The cabins are in the immediate vicinity of each other, and are well suited for both individual and overall rentals. The location of the cabins ensures easy access to the family-friendly mountain areas towards Høvringsfjellet, the western whirlwind gate of Rondanemassivet. Welcome to Vaspladsen Seter!

Skåbu has a restaurant, grocery store, and gas station. Vinstra is located about 20km from the farm. 1st floor has a small bathroom and living room with kitchenette. 2nd floor has a bedroom with 4 beds. The cabin has electricity and water. The tongue around the house is well cared for The garden is in active operation and here you can sniff out some different productions If you, or maybe children, are looking for a trip in the barn, you can ask the farmer. The stabbur in the yard can be used as a serving room with space to cover 40.

Welcome to Rudland Farm! We are located in the heart of Gudbrandsdalen. An active farm that operates with sheep production and offers unique farm accommodation in restored barns from 1750. Here you can stay in a charming and lively farmyard that consists of a farmhouse, barn, several granaries, and a modernized sheepfold. Several of the buildings have been standing since the 18th century and testify to a long agricultural history.

"The Shepherd's Dome" (Arctic Domes)

We rent two "Arctic Domes" which are located on our small sheep farm. We overlook the valley (Gudbrandsdalen), with a view of the river and the Jotunheimen massif. Shared bathroom when the second dome is inhabited and 50 m from the Dome. Possibility of barbecuing. A fridge is available. Furnished terrace. Breakfast on order. We will be on site to welcome you, advise you on the possibilities of walks. No electricity in the Dome!
