FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården next to Nordmarksberg Manor: 19th century or older. In this farm the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – d. 1790) is said to have lived. On a stone in the foundation of the courtyard should be a carving with Nils name. Picture of this stone can be found in the Värmland archive's foot archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present. It's probably hidden by mortar covered over the rocks.

The house has wifi, and a small, nice sauna. You can enjoy the big garden, and eat as much berries and rhubarb that you like. Large parking space. Quiet neighbourhood.

Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

Maisans Stuga ist ein kleines aber feines Häuschen. Es liegt idyllisch direkt am Wasser. Du kannst in dem See baden, angeln, in der umgebenden Natur wandern, Fahrrad fahren, auf der Veranda direkt am See lesen oder einfach nur den Ausblick genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Possibility to borrow rowing boat.
