Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Cottage with heated pool & play areas

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

Located in a quiet village in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Park, come and discover our atypical gîte and its exceptional view of the entire Chartreuse mountain range. Through its sloping window, you will feel surrounded by nature even when inside! A real corner of paradise to recharge your batteries and/or practice outdoor activities (cycling, mountain biking, hiking, trail...). Food store in the center of the village, 10 min walk. Swimming pool available depending on the season.

Charming old farmhouse, spacious (320m2), from the 18th century. Located in a 5-hectare green setting of natural beauty, in the Chartreuse and close to the clear and warm waters of Lake Aiguebelette. Around the lake you'll find restaurants, beaches, and an abundance of activities. Immediate access to several hiking trails. Winter activities accessible 40 m away by car. 18 people maximum (max 14 adults + children. No noisy celebrations or events. July/August, minimum 6 nights.

Ready to recharge your batteries? Discover this charming 3* independent studio. Enjoy a terrace and a spacious garden with stunning views of the mountains. Enjoy a moment of relaxation in this Jacuzzi, which is privately accessible without a time limit during your stay (not available in July/August) The pool is open from May to the end of August, and you can share it with me even if I am not traveling. Only 5 minutes from Lake Bourget, Aix-les-Bains and Chambéry.

The Tiny House faces Lake Bourget on one side and the Massif des Bauges on the other. Living room-kitchen with a sleeping area and bathroom. Cozy, practical and functional, this "mini house" is ideal for a couple. Passing through or for a week, everything is included for a pleasant stay between lake and mountain! The glass doors give the impression of being as close to nature as possible, and the terrace will be the best place for an evening by the jacuzzi.

L'Ancre des Montagnes is a villa on the heights of Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, between Chambéry and Albertville, anchored at the foot of the Arclusaz. It was designed by mountain & sea lovers. Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. This 35 m2 apartment accommodates 1–4 people, has a balcony (13 m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains & pool access

Enjoy a stay with friends or family in our spacious 200 m² stone house, which can accommodate up to 12 people. Completely renovated, it offers a large 3,000 m² garden with a swimming pool (available in summer), stunning views, and a welcoming atmosphere. Come and enjoy a superb view of Lake Aiguebelette. You'll enjoy the swimming pool, which is available from May to the end of September, the private spa, which is available all year round, as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The property is close to Junction 12 of the A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults without children (no additional people are allowed).
