This 2 bedrrom guest apartment has it's own private entrance and private terrace, designated parking space, full a/c, king sized bed in the master bedroom, full sized bed in the other bedroom, washer and dryer and backup power and water. You will need a car b/c our home is located in the countryside of San Juan. Ubers are available but they do not regularly pick up in our neighborhood. Please be comfortable with lush tropical nature and all the sounds and enjoyments that come along with it. We have a grocery store and other nearby food options but most close by 9 pm. Birds and coqui are the ambient sounds. Water and electric will go out on occasion but if necessary we have a generator that will run lights and appliances.
