The approx. 90 sqm - licensed - apartment for 2 persons is located in the center of Cala Ratjada, in the immediate vicinity of the waterfront, just behind Cafe Noah's. The apartment, which also includes an underground parking space, is on the second floor of an apartment building. The lift takes you from the underground car park almost to the apartment door, which is very practical, especially for larger purchases. In general, a TG parking space in this central location is very valuable.

The apartment is located in the Presidente Building. It is an apartment with sea and beach view, very bright, modern and fully equipped with brand new furniture and beds. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofacama in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. It has a swimming pool. In the basses it has a supermarket and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Cala Millor is a family and quiet. It has one of the best beaches on the Island.

75m2 loft with terrace, mountain views and 2km from the beaches. New loft-style house - penthouse, very comfortable and cozy. Great attention has been paid to detail in the decor and comfort. This apartment is the closest to the sea and is by the sand with direct access to the pool and the beach. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private lounge chairs. There is community wifi and also a higher quality wifi, private and free WiFi exclusively for my guests

It is very suitable for families with children. The location of the apartment is very central. Surrounded by pine forests and beautiful bays with turquoise waters. Cala Agulla is only 600m - and the port of Cala Ratjada 800m.
