Sjöhagens Glamping at Gränna!

Welcome to the tranquility of Sjöhagens Glamping next to the crystal-clear waters of Lake Vättern! From Gränna you go 10 minutes north along the tourist road with miles of views of Lake Vättern, where you will find Sjöhagen and nature that almost resembles a rainforest without being far from civilization. A few meters down from the glamping tent there is Vättern that is illuminated by the sun in its special way. As early as the 19th century, the author Mark Twain noted the sunsets over Lake Vättern in his novel A Tramp Abroad.

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the jetty, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50:-/day) The lake is located about 10 meters from the property. You also have access to the wood heated sauna on the property. The accommodation is well suited for family up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, 15 minutes bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own private patio.

Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you can walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing and toys. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

This place is perfect for those seeking tranquility, silence, and a stay in the beautiful Swedish countryside. If you want to enjoy Vättern, you will find swimming areas in and around Hjo, only 7 kilometers away. My name is Pieter and I'm your host. I myself live in the beautiful old school building. Here you live in a farmhouse surrounded by a lush garden with fruit trees and vegetable crops. The house is in an older villa area, a ten-minute walk from the city center and the same distance to the nearest swimming lake. Go for a forest hike, visit farm shops in the countryside or take a canoe trip on the nearby lake Sommen. Or take the train to Stockholm for the day. If you come by car, there is room to park and bicycles are available to borrow. A perfect location to explore Småland!

The Skuru farm is close to Katth Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25-minute drive to Astrid Lindgren's World Perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in the countryside.
