Apartment with sleeping alcoves with double bed, living room with sofa, TV and kitchenette, bathroom with shower. 20 sqm. The bathroom will be renovated from 20 October. 2025. The apartment is adjacent to the bus metro axis in Kristiansand. 5 minutes from Bystranda and 10 minutes walk to the square with small restaurants, coffee bars, galleries and museums. Just across the street is a grocery store, iSushi & Roxys and Fryd cafe. The town hall cafe is 100 meters away and serves great coffee. The house is located right next to a traffic light and traffic noise is to be expected.

Apartment on 1st floor in older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking space behind the house. Smart TV Netflix + NRK but NOT channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 beds and one sprinkler bed on the other. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden hook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.
