The Duplex el Bufi is a brand new apartment, fully renovated, which occupies the third and fourth floor of a 4-story building. This 70m2 duplex is spread over two floors. On the third floor there is a hall, two double bed rooms, the master bathroom and a small pantry space. On the fourth floor, there's a space with a fully equipped kitchen-diner, another bathroom and a beautiful roof terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the tranquillity of summer evenings in the old town. The apartment has an elevator with a stop on each floor. Very close to the flat, there are numerous places to visit, such as Plaça de Sant Joan, Plaça Major, Carrer Castell and Portal del Camp, among others. There are also several patisseries and bakeries/tasting rooms where you can have breakfast and a snack, and numerous bars and restaurants for lunch and dinner. We appreciate you taking care of the facilities and furnishings as if you were at home. In Solsona we do the door-to-door selective collection, a very efficient waste management system, which is why we ask that the trash be separated appropriately in the apartment. For short stays, we'll take care of taking the waste to the collection point ourselves, but for longer stays, you'll need to put the waste out on the street according to the set schedule and times.

The barn has a dining room with a black kitchen, a room with a double bed, a loft with two beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has double shower with window to be able to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool and river. And a setting with a monumental complex made up of a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian settlement 5 minutes away. Spectacular! A country restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the town/city with all the supermarkets and restaurants is 10 minutes away!

Located in a very quiet but very central residential area, just a 5-minute walk from the historic center, to visit, shop... It has everything you need for the kitchen, as well as a washing machine, television, sofa, and outdoor table to enjoy the garden. If you visit the Celler del Miracle, we will give you a bottle of wine.

Can Comella

Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited. Despite its small size, the building's original construction elements make Can Comella a valuable example of the area's traditional architecture.
