Las construcciones son artesanales construidas por sus dueños Adri y Tato, con interiores en barro y techo vivo que le ofrecen al interior buen aislamiento térmico y calidez particular. Con vista al mar. Muy bien iluminado. Cuenta con dos habitaciones en la planta inferior (con una cuna disponible para los más chiquitos) y cocina, estar-living-comedor y terraza con parrillero en la parte superior. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y estufa a leña de alto rendimiento. La habitación matrimonial cuenta con aire acondicionado y puerta ventana con salida al frente de la casa. Las habitaciones cuentan con placard. La casa está ubicada a escasos 100 metros de la playa (cruzando la calle).
