This peaceful and cozy house is built in 1791 and is located in nice nature with meadows, leaf and coniferous forest, next to the lake Solgen. The house has a fireplace, tiled stoves and wood stove, is nice and carefully renovated as well as has WiFi and television. At the back there is a lawn with your own garden furniture and grill. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffeemaker. Good hiking and biking as well as 600 meters to the lake where you can swim, fish or just sit and enjoy as well as cows and calves grazing around.

Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

We offer a cozy cottage close to the beautiful town of Eksjö in Småland. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The cottage is fully furnished with a living room with sofa and fireplace, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed. The cottage has a large garden with a BBQ area, as well as a sauna and an outdoor shower. The surroundings are perfect for cycling and walking. Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

Im Umkreis liegen 3 verschiedene wunderschöne Badeplätze und 150 m vom Haus entfernt kann man vom privaten Badesteg in den Fluss Emån springen oder ins Kanu steigen.

The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot where you can swim 🏊‍♀️ You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden (3500 m2) to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym.The shower and bathroom is in the main house

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt.
