Sardinia vacation just steps from the sea

Beachfront apartments are available in the south of Sardinia, located only 35 km from Cagliari and only 12 km from Villasimius. Solanas is known for its great tranquility and crystal clear sea. This is why it is ranked sixth among the best Sardinian beaches. The residence consists of 3 comfortable and spacious apartments, of about 80 square meters, sleeping 5/6. Each apartment has 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, large living area and verandas on the front and back. Each house is equipped with linen and crockery. The apartments are located inside a large condominium garden, reserved and surrounded by greenery, equipped with personal parking space, showers, barbecue, laundry room and outdoor dining area. If you have any other specific needs, please contact us and where possible, we will meet them. The family-run residence is committed to hosting holidaymakers who need a place to spend their days relaxing and enjoying themselves. The beach is just a minute's walk from the house and is equipped with sea equipment rental and catering services. In the small town of Solanas there are various restaurants, market butchers pharmacy and small shops. In the main square in high season you can have the opportunity to participate in some recreational events organized by various bodies and associations as well as by the municipality itself.

La casa è a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Solanas. La villetta è situata in un piccolo complesso immobiliare davanti alla spiaggia ed in prossimità di una bellissima scogliera. La composizione è la seguente: ingresso salone con l'angolo cottura, 3 camere da letto di cui due matrimoniale e una doppia con letto a castello e due bagni. Completano la casa la meravigliosa terrazza vista mare, il posto auto e l’ ampio e curato giardino condominiale dove sono presenti tre docce esterne e il barbecue.
