Located on east side of Sierra Ave. about 200 meters/ 2 min walk to ocean. Condo DOES NOT an have an ocean view, but community offers ocean views and access.

A resort fee of $34.00/night is included in the total price shown on Airbnb. This fee covers parking, Wi-Fi, and access to on-site amenities.
