New holiday home with high standard-modern, spacious and comfortable with panoramic views of the mighty mountains and Giljastølsvatnet. Nice hiking terrain for all seasons with lots of hiking trails. Good starting point for day trips to Månafossen,Pulpit rock,Lysefjorden/-botn,Kjerag,Jærstrendene, Byrkjedalstunet,Gloppedalsura. Short way to Kongeparken,Stavanger and Sandnes. Fishing and swimming facilities. The house is 400 meters above sea level with ski tracks and trails in the winter. The house is well suited for 2 families who want to vacation together.

Small basement apartment for 1 possibly 2 persons.

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven, etc. NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

Spacious 5 bedroom house in peaceful area

Spacious and cozy house. Quiet neighborhood and short way downtown. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower/bath, two living rooms with TV, table tennis and toys for the kids. Trampoline in the garden and garage with bikes and outdoor toys. Spacious bedrooms, where three of the rooms have a double bed and two have 120 cm in addition there is a mattress that can be put on the floor. One bedroom also has a double sofa bed. Playground nearby. 12 min walk to Sandnes city center. 18 min by car to Stavanger.

Stort hus 180m2 med 3 soverom. Stor hage og terrasse med grill, i landlige omgivelser. God plass til parkering, Utendørs m- spa i sesong. Stor stue og kjøkken. Et stort bad, og et gjestetoalett. 2 innganger, en kombinert vaskerom. Maria’s hus

Peaceful area in the center of Stavanger. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer dare to rent to profiles without references. 3 min. walk to the beginning of the city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. NOTE that the bed in the master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard.

Relax with your family or friends at this peaceful place to stay and enjoy the changing scenery created by the weather. The private garden is created to encourage spending time outside. The house is next to a popular forest, inviting for daily hikes. The nearest bus stop is only about 6 minutes walk away. Grocery stores are between 6-15 minutes walks away. Hetlandshallen and Sørmarka Arena are both in walking distance. The ONS (Offshore Northsea) conference is only about 10 minutes by car.

House near pulpitrock, amazing view. 1-6 persons

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Cozy historic house from 1900 right in the center of Sandnes with proximity to everything the city has to offer. Short walk to the train station "Sandnes center" and public transport hub. 24-hour gas station 100 meters from the front door. Lush hiking and play opportunities in lovely Sandveparken. Please be aware of somewhat steep stairs up on the second floor. Parking by the house. Animals welcome.

Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.

The property is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and to the cozy shops, cafe’s and restaurants in the main street of Sandnes. Nice hiking areas in the parks and nearby mountain areas. Driving distance: Kvadrat - 10 min, Kongeparken funpark 15 min, Stavanger City - 20 min, Prekestolen 50 min, Stavanger lufthavn 20 min
