Apartment in new, architect-designed house in peaceful Madla. The apartment contains everything you need for a good stay and there is a high quality of both appliances and bed. Sunny outdoor areas. Short distance to attractions and hiking opportunities such as Møllebukta and hiking trail at Hafrsfjorden, Stokkavatnet, Ullandhaug, Sørmarka, DNB Arena, Mosvatnet, etc. Parking possibility for a car on the plot. Bus stop 200 m away, with frequent departures both to Stavanger city centre and the airport.

Socket apartment of 50m2. Own entrance. Very central and peaceful location in Solakrossen. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, hallway, and one bedroom. Double bed with bed linen, towels, soaps, kitchenware. In a radius of 400m from the apartment, there are 14 eateries, 5 food shops, church and culture house. Located close to bus station. Bus from Solakrossen: 5 min to the airport, 15 min to Stavanger and 20 min to Sandnes. See kolumbus . no Flymusseum, war history museum and Solastranden nearby.

Nice basement apartment from 2009 with underfloor heating in a quiet, family-friendly area. Only 50 m to the bus with easy access to Stavanger city, UiS, and Stavanger Hospital. 5 min drive to the airport and Sola Beach, one of Jærstrendene – Norway’s most beautiful sandy beaches. 10-15 min to Stavanger and Sandnes city, and Kvadrat shopping center. Walking distance to sports facilities with a gym and the Velodrome. Ideal for work, vacation, or long-term stays in a nice and convenient location.

Large and spacious apartment, free parking and central location 100 meters to the shopping center, 200 meters to the bus stop, 400 meters to great hiking areas. Frequent bus connections to the city center, Sandnes, the University and the Hospital. Only 10 minutes to city center The apartment is in quiet area, in the street with no transit traffic. Bedroom with double bed, and two bedrooms with separate single beds. House with two apartments: No partying, quiet hours from 11pm.

Newly renovated apartment with spacious rooms and practical solutions. Two terraces to catch both sunrise and sunset. Can be used even on rainy days. Well connected with public transport to the city center. 5 min with bus and 30 min walk. 5 min to Amfi Madla (shopping center). 2 min to DNB arena and Siddis ishall. Spacious parking lot in front of the apartment, free of charge. Two large lakes in walking distance. Great and calm walking trails to take a step back from the city.

The penthouse is centrally located to the airport, Tananger, Forus, University of Stavanger and Stavanger centrum. Excellent bus connections, in short walking distance. Completely newly renovated apartment in 2022, with parking

We have free street parking. If you dont have a car there is one bus stop 5 minutes away from the apartment, it takes 8 minutes to the city center. It is also a nice walk that takes 30-40 min. Do you enjoy walking we are right next to Stokkavannet. If you want to go to Preikestolen, the busstop is 15 minutes from our house to walk. To get from the airport to the apartment, you can take Flybussen, which stops 15 minutes walk from here.

Apartment in a new house with a beautiful sea view

Apartment located on the ground floor in a newer residence with a view to the ocean. Best suited for 2 persons. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio . There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight at sea. The apartment is completely secluded with the sea, the free area and the sea bath as the nearest neighbor. Tananger is about 10 km from Sola airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.
