The privacy of visitors is ensured by a completely fenced plot with grown trees around the perimeter and with private parking.

The apartment has a capacity of four beds, has its own bathroom and toilet. The kitchen and dining room are shared by both classic apartments. Each of the living rooms has a leather sofa and armchairs, from where you can watch TV. The apartment has access to the garden. The apartment has an outdoor seating area. There is a fireplace, grill. The washing machine is shared with the other two apartments and is in operation from June to September.
