Apartman se sastoji od 2 odvojene prostorije sa po dva singl ležaja u svakoj, kuhinje i kupatila. Na 300m od apartmana se nalazi vrhunski etno restoran "Stara Vodenica".

Ovo je jedini apartman u našoj ponudi koji nažalost nema terasu. Na prozorima nalaze se PLISA komarnici i ALU roletne, a na zidovima termo izolacija što omogućava ugodan boravak u letnjim i zimskim mesecima. Apartman poseduje i centralno grejanje.
