Suite apartment in a central location

Centrally located suite with partial sea view. The apartment is 1+1 and has a double bed and a sofa bed that can be opened in the living room. It can accommodate a total of 3 people. Kitchen and kitchen utensils , washing machine, hair dryer, laundry hanger, ironing board, wardrobe, stove, toilet paper,shower shampoo are available in the common area. Free parking is available in front of the building and can be parked on the road. It is a 5-minute walk from the marina and the bazaar and has a public beach in front.

Seaside cottage 1 (DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK))

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. It offers breathtaking views over the boulevard, the harbour with its many small boats and yachts and Aegean Sea up to the coast of Turkey. In the harbour you will find many restaurants and cosy cafes to choose from. Shops are located just a short stroll from the apartment, as are some beaches and archaeological sites. The airport is just 3 km away, so start enjoying your stay only minutes after you arrive!

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Our cozy and modern Tripleks house is located in Özdere, Izmir, directly by the sea. It offers a fantastic retreat, ideal for anyone who wants to escape from everyday life. The cottage is fully furnished and offers three floors three spacious bedrooms as well as two modern bathrooms. The decor is new and modern. With only 50 meters distance to the sea and beach, the house offers an ideal location. Izmir Airport is only 35 km away and easily accessible.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
