Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. Quiet area close to nature. In the area, there is a swimming area with barbecue area, outdoor gym, playground, boule court and hiking trail. You share the garden & jetty with the host family (2 adults, 2 children). Cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels can be rented at an additional cost.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming piers and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Cozy little house for two or three people close to the sea ( 3 kilometers) and to deep Swedish forests and lakes. The house can be found on the edge of the village of Söderåkra, between the port towns of Kalmar and Karlskrona. It has a perfect starting point for excursions to the island of Öland, in Sweden's glass empire or just pure nature. Peaceful location and a kilometer to the nearest supermarket. The cottage is newly renovated . Linens and towels are to be brought.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
