Relaxing in the beautiful bathtub, sitting on the upstairs deck, cooking in a gormet kitchen, are just some of this family-friendly home's many luxurious touches. Impeccably decorated rooms with bold furniture, comfortable beds, pictures, and decorative accents from around the world, add further refinement to this beautiful home. Entertainment provided by a pair of 55" Smart 4K TVs with Chromecast. Strictly enforced, 2 parking spots in the garage, and 2 parking spots in front of the house is what this property can accommodate. We expect the number of guests in the booking to be the number of guests allowed in the house, unless approved before your stay. This property cannot accommodate more than 8 guests at any given time. We have had issues in the past where people wanted to host receptions or just throw a party, and it got out of hand. We love hosting people in our beautiful home, but we could lose our permit if our neighbors complain to the city. Thanks for understanding, and complying. You will be spoiled with everything that is within a 7 to 10 minute walk from your door step which includes a huge range of trendy bars and cafes, lovely delis, cheese and wine specialist and also a great selection of international cuisines. For entertainment I recommend taking a $7 to $12 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to the coveted Broadway street and downtown. If you want to experience Nashville's nightlife take a $6 to $9 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to Gulch where you have great restaurants, bars and clubs. House is controlled by Nest Thermostats. Upon entry, you'll first notice our spacious screened-in porch, equipped with remote control string lights that set the perfect stage for a relaxing evening with family and friends. Inside, the house features two separate living areas, one lounge friendly TV/game room and another sitting area off the dining room with a queen sofa sleeper. No matter what size group you're traveling with, everyone will have a comfortable space to gather and unwind. The kitchen has been newly renovated and features all brand new, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is a full-functioning space and includes any cooking tools you may need, as well as a large set of dinnerware (and kids' dinnerware too!). Enjoy your morning coffee at our breakfast nook or spread out for a meal at our large dining room table. Bedroom 1 has a lovely view of the backyard and screened-in porch and has a comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom 2 is light and bright and also has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is very cozy and has two twin beds and a desk space, perfect for getting ready or getting some work done. Should you need them, bedrooms 1 and 2 have extra comforters in the closets. As previously mentioned, the front living room has a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper with sheets, blankets and pillows in the wicker trunk. We also have a pack-n-play for the kids! Our home has a large backyard, with idyllic views and plenty of space for kids to run around and play. You'll enjoy a retreat-like setting while being only minutes from Nashville's best restaurants, shops and sights! The entire home is yours and there is ample parking in the driveway. We live only a few minutes away, so we're never far if you need anything at all. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to help! The house is in the Green Hills neighborhood, on a quiet non-through street. It's minutes from Vanderbilt University, 12 South, and Lipscomb University, and it's only 5 miles from downtown. The area is perfect for walks any time of day. The best way to get around Nashville is by driving. Our recommendation, if you don't have a car, is using ride-share services like Lyft or Uber. All you have to do is download the app, and within minutes you'll have fast and reliable transportation all around the city! For your safety, one outdoor surveillance camera is installed to monitor the driveway/back door.
