Relaxing is also a part of renewal so on-site activities and the surrounding communities offer plenty of recreation and tourism opportunities. Marmutt Woods is a place to step out of daily distractions to relax and refocus. Enjoy the craftsmanship of the winding stairs and catwalk that lead you to the open loft queen bed upstairs, or stay on the main floor bedroom off the family room in a twin bed (2) or the pull-out sofa bed. The Heart of Vilas County Bike Trails and numerous Hiking trails are just minutes away. The #5 Snowmobile/ATV trail runs across the front of the property along Hwy 51 and we are surrounded by many area lakes and the Northern Highland State Forest.

Our Breakfast at Tiffany House sits on Yellow Birch, has dock/water access for your toys, is a short walk from downtown shopping and events. Room for parking trailers, close to snowmobile/ATV trails and snowmobile/boat rentals! We supply 2 adult kayaks, 1 children’s kayak, 2 inflatable paddle boards, and life jackets. There are stairs built in the side of the hill to a narrow path (path redone in Oct 2024 - pictured). Path may be difficult to navigate/inaccessible during winter months.

Jimmy’s Lakeview Vacation Cabin

Jimmys Lakeview Vacation Rental cabin is located across from Duck Lake (part of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes) and offers a great place to stay for your Eagle River vacation. Cabin is only 2 miles from downtown Eagle River and within walking distance to Sweetwater Bar and Grill and Kickback Grill. There are two public boat landings and Eagle Lake Park within 1.5 miles and is also located on the snowmobile and atv/ utv trail.
