Beautiful north woods setting with a quiet stream in back. A quiet secluded place where you won’t see your neighbors while having a coffee on the front or back porch. We have a canoe you are welcome to use to explore the river. It leads to Watersmeet lake which is part of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes. Excellent fishing. Easy access to snowmobile trails in the winter ride direct on sleds from the property to the trails. Only a few minutes to town but it seems like you’re in the Boundary Waters.

Marmutt Woods is a place to step out of daily distractions to relax and refocus. Jimmys Lakeview Vacation Rental cabin is located across from Duck Lake (part of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes) and offers a great place to stay for your Eagle River vacation. Cabin is only 2 miles from downtown Eagle River and within walking distance to Sweetwater Bar and Grill and Kickback Grill. There are two public boat landings and Eagle Lake Park within 1.5 miles and is also located on the snowmobile and atv/ utv trail.
