Very central with only a 5-minute walk to Sandnes city center with several restaurants, cafes, pubs & good shopping opportunities. 15 min by car to Stavanger & Stavanger Airport. Very good public transport!

The location is central. Walking distance to Sandnes city center and good bus connections to Stavanger. The property was completely renovated in 2021 and has a large outdoor area with a terrace, its own barbecue area, a trampoline, and a large garden. Soccer field and running track just outside the door. 15 min walk to the city center with many good restaurants, shopping opportunities and the train station. 10 min by train to Stavanger (bus to Stavanger is 5 min walk from the house). It is possible to rent a car for a small surcharge.
