For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. Wi-Fi and 50"Smart-TV. 6 new bikes and 2 boats are included; of which one is a fishing boat (engine 1.000 SEK per week) one is a conoe boat (3 persons). 100 meters to walking paths/trails and 2 km to mountainbike tracks. You can reach Isaberg, which is known for its ski slopes during the winter and lots of other outdoor activities during the summer, in about 30 minutes. Gekås in Ullared is Europe's largest department store and the most popular tourist destination in Sweden, which is about 40 minutes away. The coastal towns of Halmstad, Falkenberg and Varberg can be reached in about 60 minutes
